Welcome to a gentle morning yoga session to prepare for a deeply nourishing breathwork experience designed to support healing, relaxation, and inner transformation. Through guided, conscious breathing, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and peaceful retreat setting.
Breathwork helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for emotional release, clarity, and renewed energy. As you surrender to the rhythm of your breath, you may discover a deeper sense of peace, insight, and connection within.
For those wishing to fully embrace the tranquility of the retreat space, an optional overnight stay is available the evening before the workshop. Arrive, settle into the peaceful surroundings, unwind under the stars, and enjoy a restful night's sleep. Wake refreshed, grounded, and ready to fully immerse yourself in the morning's gentle yoga and breathwork experience. Please note that we can only accommodate 6 overnight guests.
